Thank you to Simo and the whole staff who went above and beyond to make my experience with my family memorable, providing impeccable service throughout my stay ! The highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite Moroccan culinary offerings at the riad. From the aromatic tagines to the delightful pastries, every meal was a delight. They woke up at 6 to cook us breakfast because we had to leave at 7am. Welcome tea and cookies when we arrived. The room was big, comfortable, plenty of fluffy blankets and clean.

We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.

Located 4 km from Fes Train Station, a 10-minute walk from the medina, this typical Moroccan hotel offers a swimming pool and a restaurant serving local cuisine. Great location and one of the few places in Fes that has a bar. Pool was great and the staff were super friendly. Would stay again
