Friendly staff and nice, modern lobby. The ice-tea we got as a welcome was really good. And the plate of fruit was really appreciated. Palestinian breakfast in Vintage was amazing. The room was really nice and spacious for my family of 3. The bathroom had more than enough toiletries and towels and the floor is anti-slip. Got to meet the owner and managers, they were very welcoming, especially to my kids

What an incredible city to visit, the people are warm and welcoming, Ramallah is a vibrant city with lots to see, particular highlight was the Yasser Arafat museum. The food is delicious and there are many restaurants and places to eat. 10/10 for the experience

Ramallah people said why do you want to go there it's a horrible war zone. How wrong they were ! . We felt safe and welcome everywhere we went. Groups of youths messing around on street corners at night, we walked straight through them no bad comments just hello and smiles. You don't get that in my home town. Go to Palistine you will be pleasantly surprised

I was in Ramallah for two nights, quivalent to three days. I was travelling alone, so this amount was just right, but if i had travelled with friends i could have stayed more days. It's the cultural centre of the West Bank, with opportunities for theatres, concerts, bars, muesums, art and delicious food. Also if you're on a study trip or travelling for "less touristic" purposes it's a great city to talk to people, and many organizations have their offices here, including the PA. Have to add that i'm a woman in early 20s travelling alone, but never felt unsafe here. Palestinian people are very helpful and welcoming!!

Difficult to get around if you go at the weekend (Friday specifically) and a pain to get to Bethlehem and Hebron. There’s not that much to see at all in Ramallah other than night life, so not the greatest base for Palestine.

A vibrant city, especially as we were visiting during Ramadan. It was lovely to see families in the streets until late hours, enjoying themselves, particularly at the Municipal Park, where the fountain gave a fantastic display of water "dancing" on the hour.
Nowhere safer to cross busy roads, as traffic is very mindful of pedestrians and drivers are courteous and patient, even in jam conditions.
We took a trip to Taybeh, which is well worth a visit, with a lovely old city and the only brewery in the West Bank.
Enjoyed the food, especially "felafel sandwiches" bought in fast food outlets.
A hassle-free stay. I stayed on a 4th floor (the reception desk in situated on the 3rd) and only dealt with a reception clerk upon checking in and out. As others have mentioned, the hotel is located in a shopping mall, so it might time to figure out where it actually is. Look for a huge Coke sign, and you'll get there easily. It was all a smooth process to check in; no complaints whatsover. Like the big window overlooking a high street and the towels provided. Cleanliness could be approved, but yeah... whatever.
Clean and comfortable with easy check-in.
I was informed breakfast was in the morning but I told them I was fasting so I would not eat morning breakfast.
When I arrived back later that night the night receptionist (a man, I didn't get his name) told me he can arrange for the chef to prepare food for me (suhoor).
This was a very kind gesture which was repeated the following night. This man was exceptionally kind and patient with great English and is a great asset to the Hotel.
This is the second time we visit mizirawi hotel , we enjoyed every moment, the room was very clean, the location was fantastic easy access to all the attractions we wanted..
The staff was super friendly and helpfull .This time we were very lucky to meet the owner of the hotel Mr mizirawi he was very kind and welcoming ..
Highly recommended 🥰🥰
The hotel is not far from the centre of Ramallah, but is in a quiet area easier for parking. I had a corner room with windows on 2 sides and a balcony. The room had lots of space, including a small kitchen. The breakfast served on the top floor was nice, and I particularly enjoyed the juice with fresh herbs.
I traveled all over and never seen better staff or hotels …. close to everything that you need everything is walking distance. bakery pharmacy supermarkets money exchange coffee shops restaurants. and if you’re driving ? no traffic . the pieces for what u get here . you can’t get it no other place
The host was very hospitable and you feel you like your at home.
Top recommended for anyone visiting Palestine and wants to get a taste of what Palestine really is, the host will be happy to tell you all about what you could do as a local. Will always definitely book here for my stays in Ramallah
It is a very comfortable, with very good conditions and very clean place in Ramallah. Also in a very quiet area, so it's a great place to rest after wandering through Ramallah. Great value for money. Staff is also very polite.
Mohannad is a nice person to talk with
We had the opportunity to use the washing machine, the coffee maker and the kettle.
It is a chesper option than other accomodations in Ramallah.
Everything. Amazing staff. Amazing location. Amazing service. And vintage cafe downstairs is exceptional. Absolutely everything about the hotel makes it brilliant.
