- “The design of this triangle villa is amazing and beautiful. The location is a little far from the city, but it was supposed to be like this to have a real experience living in the jungle, which was wonderful. The view from the room on the second floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The little pool at the right corner was very confy and quiet with a jungle view. Breakfast was delicious, and it was delivered to your tiny villa every morning. The smell of the blankets, sheets, towels and bed clothes is very good like a nice perfume.”

- “Most mornings, we picked up something for breakfast at the bread-espresso place in the bottom of the hotel instead of the buffet in the hotel. The hotel was very convenient to the train system with a station entrance right beside the hotel. There is also a grocery on the opposing corner that had a wide variety of foods, wines, etc. There are also several konbinis close to the hotel for anything you may need. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It is nothing like Dotonbori area of Osaka but it is also a lot quieter than that area. There is a set of laundry machines on the 3rd floor that are very useful. They had a display case in the lobby of things you might need for a comfortable stay.”

  It was a beautiful apartment. We used the couch bed, and it was comfy! It was nice having all of the itrip boxes to use. The living room tv did not work, but it was not a deal breaker. The kids just played games. It was wonderful having the beach toys, cooler and extra things in the closet to utilize. We will definitely stay here in the future.

  The only thing we liked was that the spa tub was big enough for two and that we didn’t have to go outside to go have dinner and drinks.

  When we arrived at the property, the room was set at 66°, when we went to turn it up a little bit then I got too warm and then we were unable to turn it back down so then the room was too warm our entire stay. When we told the staff about it, they didn’t even care. The vents were nasty and dirty. You couldn’t even feel the air-conditioning coming out of the vents, and again the staff didn’t care. The bed was very uncomfortable. Even though I had a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker, the icemaker didn’t work. You had to go all the way downstairs to the ice machine to fill up the ice container that was the freezer. The tub was dirty, which I had to clean before us actually getting in there and enjoying a spa bath. When I went down to the pool, the hot tub was impossible to use, but when you actually did figure out to use it, the Jets didn’t work, and when mentioned to the staff about this situation AGAIN THEY didn’t care they just shrugged their shoulders. We paid $280 for one night and this is the treatment we got.

  It was noisy between rooms. Also the room needed to be cleaned better. I dropped a pen and when I went to pick it up I found very thick dust on the lower shelf of the night stand and all around it.
