My colleague and I have stayed at this hotel for four days, apart from the first night as the hotel was full, even though we have had a booking confirmation from booking.com. The first night of our trip, we have stayed at Thorn Hotel in Oslo where we have had a bad experience with one of the receptionists at the check-out desks as she was extremely rude and unprofessional. The following morning, we came back to Scandic Helsfyr which was our original booked hotel. We were very angry about the whole situation. We met with one of the managers (Robert ) from Scandic Helsfyr, who dealt the situation in a very professional manner and made us understand about the system over-booking. Thank you Robert for making our stay at Scandic Helsfyr more pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely come back again.
