Great old-style fancy hotel places just in front of the amazing lake in the mountains. We had a big room with a lake view and this was fantastic. The staff was super kind. There is a restaurant with tasty food on the ground floor. Parking is free.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. Definitely worth selecting Grand Hotel Victoria Jungfrau

Our room host mr arsim was very helpful, he helped us during our stay to get our best vacation in interlaken, the location was perfect in the apartment was clean and tidy.

The host were very helpful. It’s a bit away from where tourist prefer to live but that was the best part. We like places where there are less people. The bus reaches Interlaken OST in 10-15 mins and thats what made our planned trips more efficient. Thank you Nicola and Dajana for the stay.

The apartment was beautifully setup very comfortable and clean. there is also a parking spot around the corner so you need not worry about paying for parking

Full facilities and convenience store was within walking distance from my apartment and bus stop was just at the doorstep. Place was clean and comfortable. My family like it very much and especially the host came to visit us as to make sure everything is okay.

This was a great accomodation for our needs (4 adults, 4 teenagers) and the whole apartment and facilities were fantastic for our 4d3n visit. We reached in the late afternoon and it was easy to find on google maps with instructions to check in clear and easy to follow! The apartment was as advertised and a really nice and roomy size for our whole group. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Entirely satisfied during the entire duration of our stay. We had parking, wifi, laundry, more that enough cutlery/crockery, and nice, large rooms for everyone. There's also a nice little bakery a few mins walk and its just 10mins drive from the main Interlaken West train station.

We stayed for a week and every thing about this place was Awesome. Lovely house . Beautiful view of the Jungfraujoch from the balcony. All the facilities were excellent. Owners were so kind and welcoming. Thank you very much for being so thoughtful to provide everything that is needed for the stay.
