Wonderful hotel! I loved the room, with two floors and very cool design. The whole vibe is very artsy. The cafe at the lobby has nice coffee and tea.

The Hotel is in all categories outstanding and a class of its own. I enjoyed the espresso machine in my room the extremely comfortable bed and the small details. The staff was friendly and helpfull to make my stay even more pleasant. Spa and pool are marvelous. The breakfast has an amazing variety and is very delicious.

This was a fantastic hotel!! I can't fault anything at all. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and very kind. They gave free sweets and popcorn to My children and gave us 4 vouchers for free drinks during our stay. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower and a bath. The hotel also has a very well equipt laundry room with washers and dryers and free laundry detergent! There was also a small gym. The bistro and bar where great offering lovely, reasonable food. We also sampled the cocktails which were AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location to reach all the tourist spots in xi’an with a little supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat nearby. On check out the reception staff gave my daughter a gift of cute panda hair clips and us a little picture. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, 盛捷新地城服务公寓 is well fitted and located in Xi'an, 15 minutes' drive from Muslim Street. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is 3 km away. Everything from the hotel was excellent. Zoey personally took care of our needs and provided us with whatever we were missing.

Shangri-La Hotel Xi'an located in the prestigious financial and shopping mall center in Xian. The property is a 5-minute walk to shopping streets. Everything about it was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. Staff are well trained, the rooms are big, breakfast was excellent

We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family. The room condition was also superb. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.

Honestly we loved everything. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Luxury everywhere. And the staff genuinely care about helping. The club lounge was great.and the breakfast was world class. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni.
