We loved staying at the Turquoise Hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the entrance to the pyramids. Hotel is beautiful in its Egyptian decor. Having breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant was a lovely experience. Staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Cairo.

I would say this is one of the best hotels in Cairo. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you could possibly need. For a very reasonable price, we were even upgraded to a suite with a terrace that led directly to the pool. The room was fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could think of. The pool itself is small but perfect for relaxing, taking a swim, and enjoying a drink. During the day, the staff bring out pizza or small snacks to the pool area, which you can try or grab a slice of—such a thoughtful gesture that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a sleek, modern design and offers top-tier service. There’s also a Starbucks inside, which is very convenient if you want to grab a coffee. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. While nothing stood out as particularly special to me, it had everything you’d need for a solid start to the day. The à la carte restaurant, on the other hand, was excellent. Every dish we tried was delicious, and I would definitely recommend dining there. The staff were also very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.

Clear communication with staff who are professional, and top notch for providing hospitality service. Rooms were expansive. Staff also helpful in accommodating an early check in.

JAZ Pyramids Resort je klidný zahradní rezort postavený na 48 000 m2 zahrad v centru Egypta v Gíze, 3 minuty od Velkého egyptského muzea a 5 minut od pyramid a Sfingy v Gíze. The hotel is very nice and spacious, but it lacks some things to become like the rest of the group’s hotels, because I have visited several hotels for Jazz. Overall, thanks to all the staff, and thanks to Youssef at the reception and Mr. Mohamed Aboutrika.

Aya and Amal made sure that everything was taken care of and that we were treated with kindness and care and that we had a wonderful stay. The whole staff spoke great English and they were there for anything we needed and ready with recommendations of things to do and places to eat and even arranged a complimentary transfer to the bus station upon our departure. The location of the hotel is close to everything Cairo has to offer and is right at the heart of the city center. The cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate and the breakfast was superb, changing daily so that we didn't get bored having the same breakfast day after day. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay memorable.

Right next to the pyramids. Hospitality was top notch. Very trustworthy and helpful staff. Rooms were really nice. The rooftop terrace is breath taking with the pyramids right there. Breakfast was delicious. This is the best place to stay in Giza. You can feel safe, comfortable, and know that if you have any problems they can help you out with them. For instance, when we were having trouble getting a reliable Uber, they found us a great driver that would charge us a fair rate.
