The property is located in the north side of the lake which is 20 minutes drive to Menaggio. It’s very calm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very standard. The pool is very beautiful with a view over the lake. There are many private parking places at the hotel. The staff are super charming and warm it feels right at home.

We loved everything, this is my third visit to the area and this was my best stay. The owners and management are wonderful people, their personal care and warm smiles are better than anything else any other hotel can provide.

Lovely new hotel on the outskirts of Como. We ate in the restaurant one night, very nice quality food. Breakfast was excellent. Best of all, the wonderful staff - helpful and so friendly.

The staff is so friendly and supportive. Special thanks to the staff. There is also a washing machine which is a great bonus.
