The carved decorations in the hall, the panoramic restaurant on the top floor, and the glass floor beneath our feet—through which we could see the pool and jacuzzi three stories below—all provided an unforgettable experience. The breakfast selection, its flavors, and the kindness of the staff were equally exceptional. The pool water is heated, so we enjoyed a true wellness experience. On clear days, the jacuzzi offers views of the 7,000-meter peaks of the Himalayas. I can only recommend this hotel.

It's not too close to the busy area, which makes it a great place to relax. The room and bathroom look exactly like the photos—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both the breakfast and room service meals were varied and delicious. The laundry service was also excellent. What impressed us the most was the service from the manager. He gave us lots of useful advice for our trip in Pokhara and arranged a reasonably priced and high-quality day tour for us. He also kept track of the best time for us to see Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain), and thanks to his help, we were lucky enough to see it—truly grateful for that. He also booked a taxi for our airport transfer and got us plane tickets to Kathmandu. The other staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful. These were some of the happiest days of our time in Nepal. Would definitely return to Pokhara just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend this place!

Manager and stuff were very friendly and accommodating, very useful with information about a City and aria, Room was clean and already had water and even fresh fruits. wifi was working fast and no issues. i needed to stay 3 hours later manager was very helpful. complimentary breakfast was very good.
