The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

Very helpful staff, they went a way beyond to help us with everything; airport transfer, island hopping etc. Very nice modern room with cosy bathroom. Nice staff at the bar.

They are very kind in welcoming and also upgraded my rooms before asking which was nice of them. the premises is very clean and is accessible to several business centers including the entrance to the mall in the same 4th floor.
