The location is perfect, calm, and outside the city yet close enough so you don't waste lot of time commuting to Visby. The view from the sea-view tiny houses is amazing. Spotless clean (but literally), easy check in and check out (you use your phone as a key, which is very convenient, it takes 5 minutes to install an app and figure out how it works). Kitchen furnished with everything you might think of (you can check in the pictures). Everything is smart and practical, and someone has thought of all the needs you might have ( at least that's how it was for us) 😊 Perfect place if peace of mind is what you're looking for. ✨️ We had an amazing time, and I recommend it to everyone.

Our hosts Charlotte and Lars were the perfect guides in helping us make the most of our days. Breakfasts and dinners were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again. This charming hotel is in Visby’s medieval town centre, 400 metres from the Destination Gotland Ferry Terminal. It features 13th-century vaulted ceilings, an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. Location, stunning settings and building, amazing pool, and nearly impeccable staff service who were friendly, kind, and helpful. Remarkable experience exceeding my expectations. Safe for a solo female traveller. For a nightcap, the gorgeous bar ( with mixology service ending at midnight but other alchool served until 2 AM) was very convenient. I simply cannot see myself coming back to Visby and not stay at the Clarion Wisby again. Hotel crush in Gotland!

Located in Visby, 1.3 km from Visby Ferry Terminal, First Hotel Visby has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and 2 barbecue areas, as well as free WiFi. Very good breakfast. Good location and car parking available onsite. Service was good and friendly. Rooms are practical and met our expectations. Nice pool and available activities like mini golf. Nice view from hotel.
