L'apartament és realment gran, amb un llit còmode al dormitori i dues lliteres ideals per a famílies que viatgin amb nens. La resta de l'allotjament també és gran, tant el bany com la cuina/menjador. La cuina té tots els elements necessaris per a una estada còmode.
Anita's apartment està situat a les afores de Como, només accessible amb cotxe particular. La zona no és especialment maca, ni té bones vistes però és segura.
