It was well situated. Not too far from the village, but far enough away to feel the peace of the beautiful scenery without the hustle and bustle of the various tour groups arriving and departing. It’s also a bit closer to the starting point for the hike to Valbona if you’re heading that way, and you’re able to navigate the little trails in and around the hotel. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to welcome and make our 3 year old son feel a part of their family. The meals were exceptional and though some dishes were repeated, we chose to eat at the hotel each night we were there because of the quality and volume of food provided for the price.

The host, I believe called Niko, was very friendly and hospitable from the start and throughout our stay. He helped us find the hotel when our maps weren’t working and helped with bags and recommendations. We were provided with a welcome gift as it was our anniversary and this was a lovely touch, thank you so much! Everything was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, I believe freshly renovated. Rooms were modern but the building itself maintained traditional charm and it mixes the two together. Location 10/10. Set back off the Main Street overlooking the garden, it was serene. We had dinner in the garden restaurant one night too and the live music makes a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good too. Well worth the price paid and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room and bathroom, attentive hosts and perfect location with amazing views to the Lumi Drin. They are super sweet, waited to receive us at midnight and took us to get the ferry to go to Lumi Shales and picked us up the day after. All with a huge smile on their faces.
