The place was simple, cleaned and tidy. The reception was very nice with Lucas (we arrived a bit late but he was there) Raquel the employee of the Refúgio was very kind and friendly. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the owner. They were welcoming, always available to help, and made sure everything was going smoothly during my stay. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
