We reach hotel about 10am, the staff was very friendly and good they try to let us early check in after we had 16h long flight to Lugano. And the breakfast is good have many choices. Great location just beside the station. Definitely will book again if I go travel again. I will know this hotel because is recommended by my parents they also stay here on last year and recommend us.

The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

There are detailed explanations about check-in and use of the house. Very clean. There is a washing machine / dryer. The market is only 230 m away. It has its own parking lot. I will definitely come back. As a family who loves to travel and travels a lot, this is the best place for my little children to stay. (Even they were amazed)
