This was honestly the best choice I could have made for my stopover in Shanghai! The hotel is absolutely amazing — spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly designed with every detail thought out for the guest’s comfort. Everything works flawlessly, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere makes you relax the moment you arrive. The food is delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. The rooms deserve special praise — they are large, beautifully furnished, with perfect soundproofing and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. I haven’t slept this well anywhere else in my life — pure rest and quiet. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the service at the reception. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Steven, who turned my check-in and overall experience into something truly perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond impressive. He handled every question and request quickly and kindly, making me feel genuinely cared for. This is one of those rare hotels where you truly feel valued as a guest. Thanks to staff like Steven, my first experience in Asia couldn’t have been better. This hotel sets the standard for hospitality — others should take note.

This hostel is very clean all around and the common areas have lots of space, the staff is very kind and helpful (especial thanks to Jayden!), the washing machines and dryers work perfectly, and the location is excellent!

The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi merupakan pintu masuk ke Xintiandi, iaitu pusat hiburan dan kawasan yang bergaya di Shanghai. This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent facilities. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Shanghai.

Overlooking the Bund and the Huangpu River, Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai - With a sweeping view of the Pearl Tower and the historic Bund skyline is located in the Lujiazui financial district and is... Perfect view of the bund. Nice breakfast and Chinese restaurant. Everything is just 5-star from cleaniness to decoration.

The residence is in an excellent location, in the center of Shanghai, close to the metro and People Square. Very kind staff. Excellent cleaning. I recommend this residence for a stay in Shanghai

We stayed at this hotel during a business trip for 5 days in November 2025. It is in a nice location opposite the Yuyuan Garden and just 15 minutes walking from Nanjing pedestrian road and the Bund.The metro station it’s just across the hotel.It is a modern hotel with spacious rooms and very clean. The breakfast has many choices and good quality. The staff is friendly and very helpful.Especially thanks to the ladies at the front desk Ms Susan Hu and Ms Annie Huang who were very helpful with any need we wanted! Lucky we had them to help us!! Definitely we will stay there at our next trip to Shanghai.

Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch mempunyai pusat kecergasan, taman, restoran dan bar di Shanghai. Located a 3 minute walk from the Line 2 metro station. They offer a free of charge airport shuttle (one-way). Because of its proximity to Hongqiao airport, it is possible to take the newly opened S-line from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport and transfer to Line 2 to reach the hotel, which is what I did. Takes 1h in total: comparable to driving time. The street next to the hotel was permeated with sweet Osmanthus tree aroma: it was such a delight to sit on the balcony and breathe the perfumed air. The bathrooms were spotless clean: unfortunately, this is more of an exception than a rule from my experience traveling across China, so it really made my stay all the more satisfying. My butler Johnson was super helpful and accommodated all my requests, no matter the time of day. He went above and beyond!

Terletak di lokasi yang menarik di daerah Pudong District bagi Shanghai, Today Aparthotel West Lujiazui Shanghai terletak 1.7km dari Pusat Kewangan Dunia Shanghai SWFC, 2.1km dari Menara Jin Mao dan... It was clean and well taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here!
