This is a transit airport and therefore the hotel is located in a village, this is a suburb of ChengDu(TFU), very far from a big city. However, this is even more interesting and shorter way than if it were a big city. Immediately after booking, the hotel owner contacted us and offered a free transfer to the hotel and back. The hotel manager, who is also the co-owner, met us 20 minutes after the call. Very responsive and extremely friendly young man tried to speak English and when necessary we used Google translator. The road took about 20 minutes along a very interesting and exciting route through a small village. The room was wonderful and filled with everything you need to get a good night's sleep and take a shower. Rooms are very quiet with a view of the jungle and very quiet new air conditioners. The owner was extremely caring and brought us a rich breakfast for a minimal surcharge. I felt like I had a cold and the owner even took me to the local doctor's office. This was a very special act of care. I definitely recommend this hotel for any transit passengers!
