Such a beautiful hotel, renovated to high standard with super friendly staff. Family rooms are great with built in bunks for the kids and our room the kids could see deer from the window. The Full English Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel and came out piping hot. This is our second stay at the hotel. Once in summer and now again at Christmas. Highly recommend

Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Perfectly situated for getting in to town. Tastefully decorated and a lovely size room with an added bonus of a bath. It was comfortably warm and lovely and clean.

Situated in the heart of New Forest in Brockenhurst, Thatched Cottage Hotel features free WiFi access and free private parking. The rooms feature a flat-screen TV and a kettle. Great location. Easy parking. Included breakfast sensational. Staff fantastic.

Hosts were wonderful and shared lots of local information. Bed was comfortable and Breakfast was delicious. Perfectly located within walking distance of great food and coffee right in the middle of the New Forest. Highly recommend.

This is a little gem and if you are visiting the Sway area it's a definite must visit. Our welcome was really warm and inviting from the hosts John and Stephanie. Our room (the annex) exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was so delicious I think I would return for that alone. I enjoyed my vegetarian breakfast which you seldom see on offer. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
