Situata a La Spezia, la struttura Real Rooms si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione ferroviaria di La Spezia Centrale e a 1,2 km dal Porto dei traghetti, che offrono collegamenti per il Parco... Very nice and clean property, rooms are large and comfy, I stayed there few times and when I’ll come back I’ll always come back there. Next to the station and central road by walk, all the stores. Situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, l'Hotel Marina offre sistemazioni a Monterosso al Mare, nel Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre, e vanta un giardino, la colazione giornaliera, e la connessione... The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Staff was excellent, breakfast was incredible, location was perfect! I loved everything about this hotel! Rooms were silent despite a lively party on the street…. It was amazing!

Beautiful views of Monterosso from our balcony, very clean spacious room, really nice breakfast and a lovely little bar serving coffee and drinks!

The location could not have been more perfect. If you want to stay in La Spezia, this is a 3 minute walk from the Train station. There are trains that run throughout the day that will take you to all 5 islands of cinque terre! Alternatively, it’s also a 2-3 minute walk to other restaurants and the town in La Spezia! The room was clean and bathroom was very spacious. Everything was perfect!

The service upon arrival was very welcoming. Close to the central station and the pedestrian zone for walking to the port.

Ubicato a 4,5 km da Castello San Giorgio e 31 km da Fiera di Carrara, Congregazione Suore Figlie di San Francesco di Sales propone camere con aria condizionata e bagno a uso esclusivo, a La Spezia. Everything was excellent. The room was as described. Very clean, warm and welcoming.
