All staff from check in counter, to bar services when collecting free fizzy wine, to breakfast servers and housekeeping were excellent. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this little gem in Venice to all who want a high quality stay in Venice. Their beds were excellent and highly comfortable and pillows and lines were super clean and of the perfect comfort level. Location is near to St Angelo water bus stop with easy walking distance to Piazza San Marco.

Everything~~~I was waiting to write. It is way beyond your exceptions. The hotel is 4 star hotel!!!! The location is far from the center but you have shuttle bus so there is nothing to worry~~if there is rate more than 10 I will give that. For sure I will come back again since I am coming to Milan every season. Thanks for the wonderful services.
