My partner & I were really surprised and happy with the room we booked. Really spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and the atmosphere was very relaxing. For the money we paid, I would consider it a steal. I liked how quiet it was too, no one was noisy and rowdy plus the amenities were pretty convenient especially having a water dispenser downstairs.

The interiors were nice, and all the staff were very friendly and ready to assist with whatever we needed - from advising us which bus or route to take that has minimal walking, to letting us borrow umbrellas when it suddenly rained, and even providing us with knife, plates and utensils when we were celebrating with a birthday cake. Breakfast was uniquely presented - conveyor belt sushi, automatic rice dispenser, and their food was delicious! We also liked that they had a separate room for the shower, sink and toilet so it let us able to do stuff more efficiently

I booked 2 rooms (premier deluxe twin) for 3 nights in December 2024. Hakodate is my first stop in my 2 weeks Hokkaido trip. The breakfast is so very exceptional! This hotel’s exceptional breakfast sets the standard so high that none of the hotels in our Hokkaido trip could match. When we had our breakfast in our next destination (in Noboribetsu), my elder son’s face is so black! Hahaha! If you are planning your trip, you might want to put this hotel as the last hotel. Room is of good size. Bright and gives very good view. Beds are comfy. Toilets are very clean. The onsen pools are new and big. In my trip, my favourite onsen pool is Noboribetsu Grand Hotel’s sulphur pool. If I am back in Hakodate, I will stay in this hotel again.

Inaugurato nel novembre 2018 a Sapporo, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla Torre dell'Orologio e dalla Torre della TV, a 3 minuti dal Parco Odori e a 8 minuti dall’ex ufficio governativo di Hokkaidō, il Tokyu... Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)
