La Moon was a wonderful host and paid attention to all the little details. She gave us fruit and other goodies to eat in the morning and put out coffee for us. She even gave us fruit and some sandwiches and sausage buns to take with us on the bus on the day we left. She also dropped us off at the bus stop at no extra charge. La Moon let me use her washing machine and drying space to do a.load of washing and didn't charge anything for that either. The bungalow was lovely and set in La Moon's beautiful garden. We were also allowed to use the bicycles at no charge and they were in good condition. La Moon's English is very good which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

Suneta Hotel Chiangkhan Soi 6 is a 3-star property situated in Chiang Khan. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Amazing hotel, room where big enough for 2x children 2x adults and a big enough bathroom. Hotel location was on main street where all action is. Staff where friendly, and i would definitely stop there again.

Beautifully designed and spacious bungalows in a well kept garden. You can stroll around the garden admiring the roses, flowers and trees. Lots of places to sit and relax. All the buildings are sparkling and new: breakfast has both Thai and Western choices with fresh fruit. It’s a short drive to Walking Street. Khun Jeab, the owner, is amazing. So friendly and helpful. She recommended lovely cafes overlooking the Mekong away from the crowds. She has fantastic knowledge of the area and really looked after us. We stayed another night and didn’t want to leave. A relaxing break in beautiful surroundings and a short “hop” to the action when you want to do the tourist things like cycling along the Mekong or a boat trip. Highly recommended.

Set in the Chiang Khan Walking Street district of Chiang Khan, เชียงคานบุรี offers free bikes. The homestay features family rooms. Very kind-hearted and helpful owners family. They helped and answered all my questions and after check out provide transport to the bus station. The hotel is very nice, traditional and stylish. Nice clean room with hot shower, wifi, comfortable bed and big balcony. Fantastic quiet location but walking distance to everything you need. Nearby is a walking street where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and street markets. Free bicycle rental is good for exploring more distant locations. In Chiang Khan is a amazing and peaceful atmosphere from morning monks alms ceremony to evening strolling around. I hope to come back here again :) I recommend staying here
