A very comfortable house / unit in an amazing location near Nudgee Wetlands and beach. The house is spacious, the bedroom has an efficient wide blade fan as well as aircon, the bed was comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped, the deck (with ceiling fan) generally had a cooling breeze. A large bathroom with lots of light (big window). A large, separate laundry room which was fantastic. Many lovely little touches. We booked this accommodation for 3 nights (and should have had a week), for easy access to the airport (about 10km) and loved it. The Wetlands are wonderful with many birds to be seen

A wonderful city with top-class academic facilities, a beautiful setting on the river, excellent public water transport, contemporary designs that match the historic fabric of well-preserved sites, and then, the South Bank with is pool, restaurants and trendy vibe, and flying foxes at sunset - a great treat! Travel to the Glass House mountains, Montville and down to the Sunshine Coast on a day trip. I hope to return there soon!

A wonderful atmosphere overall.

A wonderful atmosphere overall. Nice restaurants, beautiful pristine beaches. I could not ask for more. Take a lovely walk along the promenade or indulge in a boat trip with some whale watching. Stop at the Belvedere for outstanding breakfast or one of the coffee shops for a great drink. I am very keen to go back and stay longer

Clontarf was a good location and not far from the Redcliffe waterfront, cafes, Sunday Markets and Sutton's Beach. It is also only a few minutes drive from the Redcliffe Hospital, Woody Point, Scarborough Village and Kippa Ring.

We were up in Brisbane to celebrate my sister-in-law's 80th birthday so we didn't see much of Redcliff. However, Margate Beach was beautiful and the water was a lovely temperature for swimming. We did hire a car and that was really useful for getting around and visiting our family.

I only visit Brisbane for particular sporting or cultural events and it is good for that. It is not that easy to move around the city and suburbs due to a lack of any consistency in planning and transport infrastructure. The State government negatively impacts by shutting down rail services on weekends regardless of the fact there is a massive event on. Ignorance being in greater motion than the 100s of trains standing idle. If not visiting for a particular event or to visit family, you could easily give this city a swerve as it offers little that can't be obtained elsewhere - head to one of the coasts instead.

Close to both sporting fields we were playing on.

Close to both sporting fields we were playing on. Didn't get to sight see. Short drive for food and beverages. Recommend Butcher Baker Coffeemaker Cafe for coffee/breakfast, Seafood Town, visited it twice with excellent array of fish to choose from and seafood meals deals and not overly expensive, the Belvedere Hotel meals were good.

We were at the cricket (day night test), so had the mornings to explore and brunch, south bank was great, loads of malls and shops around. It was quite vibrant and busy but could have been because of the cricket. There were lots of really sad English cricket fans around which made it even better.

First time staying at Kooii. Great location, just a few minutes around the corner from the train station, Fortitude Valley, so easy to reach from Brisbane Airport. Lovely apartment. Very clean. Spacious. Love the infinity pool and lively city views. Handy to transport to the downtown CBD. Close to supermarket for self catering and some great eateries. Would definitely stay again!

The Ibis is a great hotel if you're arriving in or leaving from Brisbane Airport. It's within walking distance to the domestic terminal as well as the train to the International terminal. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our short stay at the Ibis.
