Situated 7 km from Brisbane Entertainment Centre, ibis Brisbane Airport in Brisbane features a bar, an on-site restaurant and views of Moreton Bay and Brisbane's surrounds. The staff was so friendly and helpfull, the room was nice and clean, the restaurant's food was very nice. Our overall experience was very good.

Room clean and comfortable Staff was friendly..limited manned office hours .. limited info re eating options listed in room. Inside the motel was much better than the overall outside appearance. Shuttle to airport was Excellent!!

The contact with the host was prompt and very informative, both before and during our stay. We arrived late at night after 28 hours of travel, and access to the apartment was easy and smooth. We were really positively surprised to find coffee and even a fresh package of milk the next morning- this made all the difference to us! So thoughtful and much appreciated. We only stayed for 2 nights but could have easily stayed longer. Loved the little outdoor patio as well to just relax in the afternoon :)

Ideally positioned within the Brisbane Airport precinct, this Novotel hotel offers modern rooms and suites, restaurant, bar and 24-hour reception. It was easy to get to the Hotel from the airport on the Bus. I phoned the Hotel when I arrived and the Hotel receptionist told me exactly how to catch the bus and what colour it was. The bus driver was very helpful with directions to the hotel after I got off the bus.
