Apartment was very conveniently located near the airport of Charleroi ( in fact it was walking distance and if we knew it we could have saved some money in reducing the time of our car rental by a day as we could have easily walked to there in the morning even with the luggage), it was easy to collect the keys from the box at the door ( just pay attention to the number of the apartment that you rent as there are 2, next to each other, I have read what other people wrote), the owner sent us very detailed instructions. Also it was very spacious, huge living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms with bathroom upstairs. All very clean, bed linen, towels, the temperature inside was fine. No smell as some people wrote, really nothing to complain about regarding hygiene. The neighbourhood is not exactly fancy but quite safe, we parked the car for free in the street and the Italian restaurant nearby is very good ( a family business of some immigrants from Apulia, so no just your usual pasta and pizza)
