Really well designed room, exceptionally clean, comfortable sheets and bed. Staff were helpful, really good breakfast, good and walkable location during the day.

The Novotel Santos Dumont is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, functionality and practicality in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We don’t speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
