The room was very spacious and bed for very comforting. Love the heated bed cover and big projector in the room. The overall ambience of the hotel is very natural with lots of very well maintained plants and trees. The local style breakfast was marvellous. The staff supported all our requests and they were all friendly. They also offer airport pick up and drop off as a part of the stay, which was very helpful.

They even let us check in early at 6am since our flight was very early & got free airport shuttle when we had to depart. LOVED our stay here, wish it was longer!

Room was very spacious and quiet. Ideal for a quiet getaway at this time of year. Loved the balcony bath. Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.

For the price, the rooms are outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but for the value you pay, the service truly feels 5-star.

The location was great for us, close to the sport venue. Although the staff don't speak much English, we've managed to communicate pretty well, sometimes using the translation apps. Big thank you for the reception staff in particular. Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best! The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus.
