Its basically in the middle of nothing and everything. Halfway to the city centre (1-3 km) and the airport, also the port.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay in Cape Verde. The host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and highly professional, making me feel welcome from the very first moment. The apart-hotel was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was their convenient car rental service, which made exploring Santiago Island so much easier and more enjoyable. From the beautiful landscapes to the vibrant local culture, everything was within reach. I also recommend this place to other visitors, especially as it’s located very close to Praia Airport — making arrivals and departures quick and stress-free. I truly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Verde — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

A very pleasant stay with Carlos and his staff. The building is architecturally interesting, the rooms are clean, the people there friendly, running water is available, all the city's attractions are nearby, and the host organises airport transfers on request.
