Not clean. Too expensive for what offers. Receptionists are kind Room not in line with offer. I stayed in Dorint Fontana and thought this would be new and better experience but it was so dirty and expensive.

Yes, I would stay here again. Primary was the location to the airport for a morning flight the next day. Having a shuttle was important to get to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied in the morning. We did not find a restaurant within walking distance, but there were many restaurants that would deliver. This was a Sunday night.

The nearby town of Esslingen was much more interesting.
The nearby town of Esslingen was much more interesting. I understand Ostfildern was heavily damaged during the war, so doesn't have the charming medieval buildings and streets of Esslingen. We did visit the Ostfildern cemetery which was interesting, but all in all, not much in the town itself. I did have a terrific trout dinner at the hotel though!

Very pretty village centre but lacked a good choice of dining. Plenty of other’s within a 10-15 km distance. Fantastic bakery and patisserie with very top class, home baked breads and cakes!!
Ritter chocolate factory on the outskirts with fantastic modern art gallery and walks in its own grounds.

This is the most welcoming hotel, ever! We felt like royalty, even our dog would find bags of treats for her every few days. We highly recommend this hotel! It's in a small town, but close to everything. We actually came back a second time during our pcs, after taking one last trip for a few days. Each stay, we extended for a couple of days, and were made to feel like "our friends" were happy to be able to keep us for a little longer. We have never experienced such a warm, welcoming hotel! 10 stars out of 5!!!

It is an interesting blend of tradition and modern progress. The Ibis hotel was pretty central to all of the activities I wanted to do. There are great museums there. I focused on the Staatsgalerie because of its amazing modern art collection. The trains are very accessible (but I was a chicken and used taxis!). I attended a concert at the Hans Martin Schlayer Halle. The facility is well-kept , accessible and fairly easy to navigate. The staff and security were helpful and effective.
Of course, being Christmas time, I went to the Weinacht Market a couple of times. The stalls were clean with friendly vendors who accommodated my language needs. Two things to watch out for are having too many purchasing options and the Gluhwein. That stuff sneaks up on you!

Charming small town close to Stuttgart and a plus for wine lovers! We visited the Kessler wine cellar and Einhorn restaurant (wine cellar) which were excellent. If you are looking for a place to stay while attending the Cannstatter Volksfest or Spring festival at the Wassen then this town has excellent advantages as well. The train station is one exit removed from the Wassen station next to the festival grounds.

We arrived late in the evening after dark, and were happy to be received by our host. We were impressed by the clean and well-organized accommodations and check-in process. We were happy that the host allowed for a late check-out. Apartment was comfortable. Was perfect for our short stay, easy come, easy go.

Went for Parkrun. really friendly group and good parkrun route in north of city. Went end of November so Christmas market had opened. Was fabulous - Large market with huge selection of really nice items and great selection of food stalls.

We loved Esslingen, it was a beautiful city with friendly people and great food. We walked around the Altstadt and realized just how beautiful it is here. This trip we only planned a stop-over here but we would love to come back.

Modern, clean hotel close to Stuttgart Airport. Small but comfortable rooms, large clean bathrooms, in-room sound system accessible via Bluetooth. Table soccer in the lobby to enjoy yourselves. We parked for free on the street in front of the hotel and caught with no problems our morning flight from STR

The hotel is exceptionally convenient for Stuttgart Airport and is really nicely furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast Was really good and a chef was on hand to make fresh omelets for us. The selection of breads and pastries was excellent.
