Great location 4 minutes drive from the airport yet quiet. We were not aware of any noise from the neighbours. Easy to access all areas of the island. Lovely large modern house with character and pleasant spacious garden/sun room area. We ate breakfast outside a couple of times. There is a small plunge pool with sun beds at the back of the property which we did not use. In the summer we would have used it. Free access to the large members only pool (the first photo on the website) is a 1-2 minute walk away is provided with a private key. We used it twice, thoroughly enjoyed it and had it to ourselves. It is a better area to sun bath in the winter than the house as the house is north facing, and the large pool is south facing and has a sun terrace. Maria was a fantastic host and provided lots of useful information.

I wish for everyone!!!! The best place, near to beach ( 30 seconds) Near to shopping center ( 3 bus stops) Perfect for holiday.

I absolutely loved my stay here! As someone who is very particular about accommodations and the price-to-service ratio, I can confidently say that this place is worth it. It is clean, welcoming, and conveniently close to the airport, making it the perfect choice before or after a flight. When I made my booking, I informed them that I am a vegan, and they prepared the most delicious vegan burger and breakfast for me. They also have a charming rooftop bar where I enjoyed my time, along with a couple of sunbeds for those last-minute tanning sessions. The staff was available the entire time for anything I might need. Additionally, they provided a ride to the airport in the early morning for a minimal fee. It truly felt like a luxurious experience and was a beautiful end to my time in the Canary Islands. Thank you to Xenia, Imre, their daughter, and their lovely pets!
