My late elderly mom who was on wheelchair received the greatest care and for this I'm grateful to the team. They went out of their way to even arrange a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transfer us to the airport and this is on top of having accommodated our request prior to our checking in cos of our flight schedule. All rooms have a private terrace or balcony.... The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. They were very accomodating with our last minute booking. Seamless and easy getting us to the airport.

The location was good because it closer to the airport. I didn't have breakfast as I was checking in the morning and then check out in the evening the same day to catch my flight at 10pm.

After my visit i think people should ignore previous reviews. The stay was amazing. Staff was generously kind & cooperative. Rooms are spacious and very well ventilated with clean linen. Air conditioning worked well, TV was working, kettle was there with ample supply of packed tea coffee & milk. Hot water and towels were also provided. I am completely satisfied and my next visit will only be in this hotel. I don't know how it got bad ratings and I guess in this price point the hotel is doing pretty well.
