I had a lot of luggage so I took a cab for ease, but with one suitcase less I could well have reached it by train :) Staff was great, I ended up adding late check out some twenty minutes before the original time because my travel plans changed and the front desk was very helpful with that. My room was on the 8th floor facing the sky shuttle, but I had no problem sleeping, and breakfast is served in a pretty generous time window (6:30 to 10) so even with a late start in the morning, I still had plenty of time to eat. The room was snug, but perfectly serviceable, and the facilities spotless.

The hotel was ideal, we booked for an overnight stay for a concert (Deep Purple). It made our trip an easy, pleasant one. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was also lovely to see the aircraft, landing, and taking off, yet there was no noise (triple glazing). The bar and lounge were also a plus, the breakfast was delicious, and attention to detail was noticed. Nigel, the host, was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!
