This DoubleTree by Hilton is set a 7-minute walk from Edinburgh Airport. It boasts a sauna, a gym and a fine restaurant. It was my second stay at the Double tree. The first one was not the best but this time our stay was perfect. We were welcomed by a lovely lady, she gave us all information and we even received warm cookies. The room was clean, the beds were very very comfortable. The room is very calm, we were able to sleep with the window open even next to the airport. The breakfast was included but as we were leaving early to catch our flight we ha not the chance to have breakfast. It is easy to park at the hotel. The parking is charged but you have special prices. It is also very easy to come with your rented car and checkin to your room, then bring back your car at the rental station and come back by foot. The hotel is just a few minutes away by foot from the airport, car rental and Edinburgh tram station/bus. Bus shuttle is available to go to the airport for free. Perfect when you have to take a plane in the next day.

Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for making small meals in. The living area was very relaxing and inviting, the bathrooms were super clean. And the views from the property were wonderful, we loved watching the incoming flights at the nearby airport
