The staff were very friendly and helpful. They immediately changed our room when we figured that there was a leak. It's very close to the airport, which is a major plus. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the airport.

Set in a Victorian mansion in 55 acres of grounds, Norton House features a luxury spa, award-winning restaurant and boutique rooms with free internet. Everything in this hotel is exceptional. We booked two days but we wonted to cancel the other hotel which we booked before just to stay at the Norton House, but unfortunately we couldn’t as the other hotel refused to cancel our booking.

This was such a beautiful spot in the countryside very close to the park and ride into Edinburgh (park free all day). The house is well-appointed and very spacious and clean. It is very close to the airport but didn’t even notice the planes during the night. This was the best shower we had over our three week stay 😊We didn’t want to leave!
