Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel welcomes you with spacious accommodation, modern amenities and an exceptional location. Location was great! We got a room facing the airport and we could see planes landing and taking off. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade but the room was quite a distance from the elevator. As my husband can't walk that far, they moved us to a room closer to the elevator. Very good breakfast spread. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a bar. Good size room and bed was extremely comfy. They also gave us a late check-out till 1pm FOC. The shuttle bus took us directly to our terminal.
