Holiday Inn Express London Luton Airport is the closest hotel to the Luton Airport Terminal Building, just a 10-minute walk away. Shuttle buses run from opposite the hotel to the airport. The request i made for the room was for twin beds, but they only had a double available. Due to availability, we were kindly upgraded to have a family room with double bed and fold out double bed. This was great customer service, looking after their guests. Just for clarity, we did not complain, nor ask for an upgrade, this was suggested by the lady on reception, which proves it is them looking out for us and not just responding.

Everything, it was very welcoming by reception staff at all times, the staff in the restaurant and bar were so lovely and friendly, Anna, Christine, Lester, Aoife to name a few, cannot remember other staff names!! The hotel was so clean, rooms lovely and comfortable, great location beside the airport, would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay there.
