Perhaps because I was traveling with my fiancee for our last trip together before getting married, they upgraded our room to one of the suite rooms which made our experience even more unforgettable. (The total experience would have been just as pleasant had the room been not upgraded though.) The breakfast was delicious and we absolutely loved our time staying there.

United StatesWe met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith!
Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal.
Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay

ChinaThe location was fantastic for hiking on one of HK’s off-the-beaten track islands. Larry, the guesthouse owner, was extraordinarily kind, warm, and proactive in helping me get the most out of my one day/night on the island, giving detailed instructions on how to get around the island by bus, etc. This made my visit so much more pleasurable than I would have had at a larger chain hotel, even one with fancier amenities.
