Prime Plaza Kualanamu-Medan is set in Kampungbesar. This property also houses a restaurant, a fitness centre, a business centre and an outdoor pool with kids area. The staff service at the reception counter is friendly and nice. Always put on a smile and it make people feel very welcome, and also it is very near to airport. Easy to get transport from the hotel by calling grab or gojek. Hotel lobby is clean as well as room is also very clean, really pleasant stay at the hotel. There will be a staff at the door help to open the door for you at the lobby. Very thankful to 1 of the staff for helping me to press the lift when seeing my mother having difficulty with her eyesight and also walking problem. Really make my day :) I would rate 5 star for this hotel and staff really have excellent customer service and really make your day for staying at this hotel. It feel like family. Hotel room is really spacious too.
