Maldron Hotel Galway is a 18-minute drive from Galway City, and ideally located close to motorways to reach all corners of Ireland. This hotel is a little outside the city but I was in the city in 15 mins this morning. ALL the staff are so friendly and obliging. The cleaner even left a handwritten welcome note .

Tento moderní hotel se nachází naproti závodní dráze Galway Racecourse, kousek od města Galway. This was our first family holiday in the town of Galway. We stayed over the St Patrick's Day weekend. The hotel provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and relax after a long walk around the town. I think the pool is a great addition to relaxation! The breakfast at the hotel is also excellent. Great service in the restaurant during breakfast, attention to each guest. The food was very tasty and fresh, very wide range where everyone can find what they like. Great location. If you have a car there is no problem getting to the city center, it takes about 15 minutes. Joe and Rose were lovely, they graciously picked us up from the train station and helped us settle into the house. We immediately felt right at home. The house itself is beautiful, secured, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The location is ideal if you prefer a quiet residential neighborhood and is only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Oranmore itself has some great little spots for food and drink. I would recommend this wonderful accommodation to anyone and everyone. Thank you Joe and Rose for making this a highlight of our trip!
