The hotel is really 5 minutes away to the airport and to car rental companies, both at walking distance, which made it easy for us to organize our first day. The staff is really nice and ready to help with anything - they even managed to change our booking last-minute because of a mistake from our side. The breakfast was also very tasty and with lots of different food options.

The location is near the KEF airport, so it’s good if you’ve an early flight. The house is amazing, it includes a gym room, team room, game rooms etc.

Die Unterkunft Keflavik Luxury apartment - KLA ist gelegen in Keflavík, 46 km von The Pearl und 47 km von Kirche Hallgrímskirkja sowie 48 km von Sonnenfahrt entfernt. Wir sind nach 23:00 Uhr gelandet und da alle Hotels direkt beim Flughafen ausgebucht waren, habe ich hier gebucht. Das Taxi kostet ca EUR 30 pro Weg und die Fahrt dauerte keine 10 Minuten. Ich habe die Gastgeber informiert, als wir gelandet sind und kurz angerufen, als wir den Flughafen verlassen haben. Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus (nur 1 Apartment) und die Gastgeber waren noch wach und haben uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es ist wirklich ein sehr luxuriöses Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im Kühlschrank hatte es 4 Getränke und Cookies. Als ich nach einer Bäckerei fragte, wollte uns der Gastgeber sofort zum 7/11 Shop fahren. Nach 4 Stunden Flug mit einer Billigairline war es genau der Luxus den wir brauchten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame 1. Nacht in Island. 200% Weiterempfehlung.
