A beautiful and clean apartment with all the amenities for a short stay. A full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The beach is a short walk through the trail and there is a shop right in the corner that's open until midnight for any late night needs. I was able to find a parking spot close to the building every night during our stay. I was a little worried about noise due to its proximity to the domestic airport but that turned out to be a complete nonissue. The owner was great and made sure we really enjoyed our time in Reykjavik.

Located in a seaside neighbourhood with gorgeous seaside “beach houses” with nice architecture, this stay was a lovely location, with a seaside path in the backyard that is a lovely walk on the ocean. The apartment itself is a basement unit that was so incredibly well appointed, with so many extras and high end amenities. The pictures shared by the host are so accurate and the bathroom is incredible with a large soaker tub. Edda, the host, was helpful and so quick to respond to our questions. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat, what a gem!

My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to offer recommendations or assist with any requests.

The room, although small, was comfortable and clean, offering a pleasant and simple atmosphere. The shared bathroom and toilet were always impeccably clean. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen had everything I needed. Overall, this guesthouse provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in the area."
