Pit stop Ciampino Station in Ciampino provides accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. We stayed just for few hours before a very early flight but I wish I could stay more! The place is really clean and modern, the owner is really putting big effort into making guests feel welcomed and comfy. Special thanks to the owner for helping us to manage the early morning taxi to airport late in the evening. The local night taxi services to the airport are a huge scam, but thanks to the owner we paid less than half!

Il Posto Giusto is located in Ciampino, just 7.9 miles from Ponte Lungo Metro Station and 8.5 miles from San Giovanni Metro Station. We were three people and we stayed for four nights. The apartment was great, and it is close to the Ciampino train station. We took the train daily back and forth between Ciampino and Rome and it was great (it takes 15 minutes, but sometime there are delays or cancelations). I highly recommend this as a place to stay for visiting Rome if you don't mind the commute.
