It was a fantastic hotel, would actually love to come back to try to amenities like the pool, we unfortunately didn't have the time. You can literally walk into the hotel directly from the airport, super convenient.

The room is clean and spacious enough. The restaurant quality is really good and way above my expectations. The staff very nice, reactive, and friendly. It's super close to the airport and the shuttle service 24/24 every 30 minutes made it feels like the hotel is within the airport. I am super happy with the stay and this will be my go-to hotel for any transit in Milan.

You can take the free shuttle from terminal 1 or 2. You can also take the paid 5 euro shuttle leaving from the nearby hotel. The free shuttle is available everywhere 15 min and the paid shuttle is every 30 min in the morning. They were very helpful with resolving the issue with the wifi and easy to speak with. Self check in is super easy as well. There was coffee and tea available at the house. There is a place to have dinner nearby and a bakery available in the corner for a breakfast. Great if you need a place near airport in Malpensa.
