We rented 701 and it was a true VIP experience. All the amenities you can imagine at a love hotel. Our suite had an outdoor bathtub, a sauna, and everything else was top notch and new. It really gets you into the mood....it's going to be really hard to beat this experience for us in the few more love hotels we are staying at in Shikoku. We booked this out of necessity as we had a late change of plans and all normal hotels were sold out or super expensive. We got VIP experience for a price of a cheap business hotel in Matsuyama.

Charming guesthouse. Den and the rest of the staff are really lovely, friendly people. They even let me check in later than usual because my flight got delayed because of a typhoon. They left messages on signs for me every morning to wish me a good day. The guesthouse has a traditional Japanese guesthouse style, with some tatami rooms with futons and other ones with beds. But the guesthouse itself is well preserved, so it feels traditional but not old. They offer amenities such as face and body towel, toothpaste, face cleanser, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, and cotton swabs, apart from a kitchen with a fridge and utensils you can use to cook, and a washing machine as well. The guesthouse is located right above a brewery, but even though they play music, I didn't feel my room was noisy and I could rest well at night (and they close before midnight). Anyway, they leave earplugs and blindfolds in your room in case you need them. The place was clean and had some nice art. It's a 5-minute walk to Mitsu station, which takes you to the central area in less than 30 minutes. I can recommend it.

Genuine hospitality in a traditional family home. Tomoki provided an exquisite breakfast, that was delicious, nutritional and varied each morning.

The Hostel is in a nice neighbourhood with old houses. I had a beautiful spacious tatami room. Very friendly and helpful host!

The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The hotel provides lots of toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning.

The owner is an artist in his soul and has created an environment that envelopes you in a the essence of Japan. There are two Japanese gardens complete with Koi fish you are invited to feed. There is a large living area besides the large bedroom that is yours to enjoy. The property is in the a quiet neighborhood with local restaurants within 3 or 4 blocks. Across the street is a manga library that you can explore. It’s all so gentle and accessible. I highly recommend you find this to answer your question as to what is Japan without the hype! Enjoy!!

It was like stepping back in time. The host, Maiyu, and her husband were super friendly. They own a cafe downstairs where she serves very delicious traditional dessert. The town itself was lovely as well. It's traditional bedding (so futon on the floor) and even though there was no AC at night, the cross breeze from some of the open windows, as well as the fans, made the room surprisingly cool. No mosquitos either!

Hotel Aisul Matsuyama se nachází jen 3 minuty chůze od nádraží JR Matsuyama a 10 minut jízdy tramvají od hradu Matsuyama. Hotel je vzdálen 15 minut jízdy od letiště Matsuyama. Everything. It’s very clean and spacious enough. The check in and check out time is great too. It’s literally few minutes walk from Jr Matsuyama station. I loved turning about this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come back to Ehime.

Just a minute’s walk from JR Matsuyama Station, Terminal Hotel Matsuyama houses a restaurant and offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free bicycle rentals are provided. Hotel hned vedle nádraží je praktický, pokud přijedete nebo odjedete vlakem. Já jsem ráno odjížděl, tudíž polohu hotelu jsem ocenil. Je to obyčejný jednoduchý hotel za přijatelnou cenu.
