Location, just in the proximity of the airport, very clean, an awesome experience for my family. Had only one night. Showers very nice, with space for personal things. Comfortable bed.

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is 10 minutes from Narita Airport via the hotel’s free shuttle. It features a fitness centre with a swimming pool, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly helpful. Our luggage handle got stuck in a way that would make us unable to fly. The concierge team within 5 minutes had a pair of bolt cutters to help us perform necessary surgery on our suitcase! The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and everything worked. My partner and I booked the Tobu Hotel for arrival and departure days from Japan and it was the best decision we made. It was easy to catch the free bus from the airport basically to our hotel room especially after a late flight and we didn't want to travel into tokyo. We then went to other hotels closer to the cities we were staying in for the majority of our trip, but the service at Tobu was a highlight for us.

ANA Crowne Plaza har indendørs swimmingpool, sauna og restauranter på 17. etage. Det ligger 10 minutters kørsel fra Naritas lufthavn med den gratis transport. The shuttle from the thermal and back arrived exactly on time. Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.
