Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is 10 minutes from Narita Airport via the hotel’s free shuttle. It features a fitness centre with a swimming pool, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was amazing, staff were polite and helpfull. The shuttle helped a lot. Good for ones arriving late or travalling early morning.

Featuring an indoor pool, sauna and 17th-floor restaurants, ANA Crowne Plaza is a 10-minute ride from Narita Airport on the free shuttle. Spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV are offered. The shuttle from the thermal and back arrived exactly on time. Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.

Staff was very helpful and even tho they didnt speak english, they used a translating app which allowed them to easily communicate with me. The lady at the front desk even drew me a map, so i could find my way back to the airport. Seriously, very helpful personnel.
