Le Narita Tobu Hotel Airport est à 10 minutes de l'aéroport international de Narita en empruntant la navette gratuite de l'hôtel. The staff were incredibly helpful. Our luggage handle got stuck in a way that would make us unable to fly. The concierge team within 5 minutes had a pair of bolt cutters to help us perform necessary surgery on our suitcase! The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and everything worked. My partner and I booked the Tobu Hotel for arrival and departure days from Japan and it was the best decision we made. It was easy to catch the free bus from the airport basically to our hotel room especially after a late flight and we didn't want to travel into tokyo. We then went to other hotels closer to the cities we were staying in for the majority of our trip, but the service at Tobu was a highlight for us.
