Great location inside the airport, even if you arrive in another terminal, you can catch a free shuttle bus and get there in minutes. Super friendly staff, communicate very well in English all of them. Clean and organized place, both private and shared spaces. The sleep environment is quiet, enough light to just find your way around, ventilated, and the capsules have a good space and are comfortable, no problems at all to have a nice rest.

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is 10 minutes from Narita Airport via the hotel’s free shuttle. It features a fitness centre with a swimming pool, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. We only stayed the one night in between arriving and catching the snow shuttle the next morning. The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, plus quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The shuttle to and from the hotel is excellent and was a huge factor in me choosing this hotel.
