Multiple shuttles to and from airport per hour, staff friendly, approachable and very helpful and could not have done enough for you. Hotel has lots of amenities, a restaurant, roof bar, gardens, gift shop, coffee lounge, and even a conbini IN the hotel itself! Rooms also huge and the most comfortable beds we've slept in for the entire 3 weeks of our multi-city stay in Japan.
