Muthu Keekorok Lodge, Maasai Mara, Narok is the first property located in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and it offers traditional accommodations with private patios. The most hospitable staff I’ve ever met! After the initial confusion with the bed count, they added the missing bed and even offered a presidential suite. Also, they were giving us a lot of bottles of water, even though they were not included in our plan. On the last day, they even gifted our children cute teddy bears. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Many wild animals walk around. There is a pond with hippos right on the hotel territory.

Eti was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She gave us directions on how to get there by public transportation, helped us find the best rates for the game drive, arranged an authentic Maasai village visit, and even assisted us in getting a ride back to Nairobi. The only word for this property is EXCEPTIONAL. We had a wonderful stay here. Staff was super courteous and very nice. Afric the chef is the sweetest and most humble guy who makes big portions of wonderful meals which you can never finish. He makes sure that everyone is well fed. Out game driver Rolex is the sweetest, kind, intelligence, humorous and very sharp guy. He had immense knowledge about safari and animals and he made sure that we don’t miss leopard, lion and cheetah. Host Jazeera is very kind and always available
